|Energy Storage Technology and Innovation Conference Technical Posters|
NY-BEST invites researchers, academics, and students to submit a virtual “poster” presenting your work on technological advances in energy storage and clean energy technologies to display at our Virtual Annual Energy Storage Technology and Innovation Conference on December 8-9, 2020.
Student posters are eligible for prizes.
Virtual Poster Session
The Conference will include a dedicated virtual exhibit area for the Technical Poster session and conference attendees will be able to visit posters throughout the conference and speak virtually with poster presenters during designated times and networking breaks.
To display your poster, students and faculty are invited to provide a summary of your work and create a short video summary of your poster (no more than 5 minutes) to post on the conference site for viewing by conference attendees. You will also be able to communicate virtually with visitors to your poster.
How Can I Showcase My Poster at the Virtual Conference?
If you are interested in presenting a poster of your work at this conference, please submit a short video as a Youtube or Vimeo link, no larger than 1GB, and provide a written summary with the following information:
NY-BEST requires poster submissions to provide sound technical information demonstrating innovation in the field of energy storage or clean energy technology and refrain from commercial marketing. NY-BEST reserves the right to reject posters that do not reflect the goals of the Conference.
Poster submissions must be submitted electronically to NY-BEST at email@example.com no later than 5:00 PM ET on Friday, November 13, 2020. Poster submissions will not be accepted after this date. Please include “NY-BEST Technical Poster Submission” in the subject line of your e-mail submission.
All poster presenters are required to register for the conference and pay the applicable attendee registration fee. Please note, NY-BEST University members, including faculty and students from those universities, are invited to attend free of charge. However, you must still register to attend and access the conference site. There is no additional charge for having a poster.
