Fouad Dagher

National Grid


Education: MS, EE and post graduate studies towards PHD. Non-matriculated MIT management classes. Licensed P.E. in MA and VT. Technical capabilities: Renewables, Energy Storage, Distribution Engineering, Energy Efficiency, Power quality, distribution system efficiencies. Alternative transportation (EV, CNG and HV). CHRONOLOGICAL EXPERIENCE I joined National Grid in 1994 in the Protection and Planning Department. In 1995, I transitioned to the Electrical Substation Department focusing on enhancing the power quality and reliability to large commercial and industrial customers in National Grid’s service territory.

In 2001, I was promoted to a Lead Senior Engineer in the Commercial and Industrial Division where I worked with customers on optimizing their energy and demand consumption. In 2004, I joined the Distributed Resources Department as a Coordinator focusing on developing the energy efficiency retro-commissioning program for National Grid’s customers. In 2010, I became the manager of the New Products and Services and the Program Manger of the renewable and storage energy program at National Grid where I was responsible for the development of National Grid’s portfolio of large scale photovoltaic systems; owned & operated by NGrid. In 2013 I became the Director of Emerging Products and Services.
